A Catholic wife discovers her husband has been cheating, and runs away from home; however, in trying to start a new life and move past the heartache, she falls for another man, whom she struggles to accept into her life because she does not believe in divorce.
Tal Lurya is a 2015 graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Dramatic Writing. She was born in Israel, and moved to the United States at age thirteen. It was this life-altering experience that taught Tal the importance and value of storytelling, and she has been fostering her voice ever since. Tal has worked on various freelance projects, including multiple specs commissioned by award-winning filmmaker George LaVoo (Real Women Have Curves, A Dog Year), and through her education and experiences, she learned to master the dramatic form through both scripts and plays. In continuing to learn about filmmaking and humanity every day, she aspires to tell stories that truly move people.
