Incapable of providing for his family, Montgomery Frye must travel west to seek help from his estranged twin brother Addison who’s struck it rich in the gold rush. But as a lifelong feud resurfaces, Monty gradually realizes that Addison is not who he seems.
Cole Krug is a 2015 graduate of Tisch School of the Arts with a double major BFA in both Dramatic Writing and Film & Television Production. New York University’s MLK Scholars Program awarded him a $100,000 scholarship to attend NYU Tisch for his exemplary leadership and service to his community. While at NYU he was selected as one of 12 students to attend the NYU in London: Screenwriting study abroad program, has been featured in the annual Rita & Burton Goldberg Dramatic Writing Monologue Festival, and won the Sight & Sound Showcase for his original scene from his screenplay Devils & Dust. He was selected as one of 8 thesis students to participate in a six session seminar with Oscar-nominated screenwriter E. Max Frye (Foxcatcher; Something Wild) to further develop a screenplay. He has worked as a development intern at HBO with Pretty Matches Productions (Sarah Jessica Parker’s company), as a freelance coverage writer for Scott Rudin Productions, and as a freelance director for a commercial for MD Anderson Cancer Center partnered with AT&T, IBM Watson, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
