Tiffany Hardin’s mission to provide a platform of value for the arts & entertainment industries through strategic branding & consulting. Earning her BA in Entertainment Management from Columbia College Chicago in 2007 she spent the earlier part of her career in the music business working at Hustle Period/G.O.O.D Music, Violator Management, and Monami Entertainment. In 2008, she transitioned to work in advertising at Translation where she worked from being an executive assistant to a role as a partnerships manager developing influencer strategies & activations for clients such as Bud Light Platinum, Bud Light Lime, and the Brooklyn Nets. Following her tenure at Translation, Tiffany developed her company, Gild Creative Group, a boutique creative management & consultation firm focused on delivering cultural currency across client business through music, social, partnership & brand strategy. GCG develops and activates cultural engagement strategies rooted in social media for brands including Microsoft, Target, Sprite & T-Mobile. Recognizing the need for a new generation of managers that can navigate both the advertising & music industries, GCG consults creative talents, Karen Civil (media personality) and Kris Kasanova (artist) on brand alignment.
Additionally, Tiffany serves on the advisory boards for ADCOLOR, an organization dedicated to professional development and championing diversity across media industries; Music Unites, an organization helping to service at risk youth through music initiatives; and Harlem’s Fashion Row, an organization providing the platform for designers of diverse backgrounds to showcase their talent. Personally, you can find Tiffany contributing to her alma mater throughout the school year guest lecturing & supporting student projects and connecting them with valuable internships and networking opportunities in music and media industries.
